Take that to the bank: Just how much does Kigeugeu singer Jaguar earn?

It is no secret that Jaguar is one of the most successful Kenyan musicians. He has set himself apart as a philanthropic celebrity who pays needy student scholarships and contributes to charities among other causes.
Speaking in an interview with a local media house, the singer and Safaricom live tour artiste who also doubles up as Nacada Board member revealed that his agreement with Safaricom does not permit him to talk about the money he earns. which he termed as too great to stand up to.
“There is an okay cash on the offing where I get paid each month….much the same as a compensation,” he said.
Despite beating about the bush, Jaguar revealed that the amount of money he gets from Safaricom and other corporates like EABL and Unilever Kenya ensures that he sorts out all his bills.
Additionally he mentioned various exhibitions and appearances all over the country from which he pockets around Ksh 300,000 per appearance.
That amount, his government job at NACADA, music royalties as well as his private businesses that include taxi services, Jaguar's monthly income is the type that could feed a village.
